- Led the market entry for Aero Africa in East Africa through a strategic set-up of Aero Africa’s East Africa control tower office in Nairobi, Kenya, handling the legal registration, compliance, hiring staff, and overall business operations.
- Conducted market analysis and developed a strategic entry plan.
- Successfully negotiated and signed Aero Africa’s first online cargo GSSA contract with SalamAir, which involved operation of a once-weekly A321F cargo freighter from Nairobi, Kenya, to Muscat, Oman.
