Policy, Advocacy, and Research

At The Child's Dignity, we recognize the critical role of Advocacy, Training and Research in shaping the landscape of education and child welfare. Through our dedicated efforts in these areas, we aim to drive systemic change, advocate for the rights of children, and ensure access to quality education for all.

Training:
We provide practical training to psychology students, caregivers, tutors, parents and school administrators on all areas of child trauma. This training covers identification of a trauma victims, victim management, reporting procedures and recovery. We partner with the Ministry of Education, County government child welfare department and Chiromo Hospital to provide comprehensive training in all areas of Trauma Informed System.

Advocacy:
Raising awareness and advocating for change are essential components of our mission to uphold the dignity of every child. Through community engagements, campaigns, and grassroots advocacy efforts, we amplify the voices of children and communities, championing their rights to education, safety, and well-being.

Research:
Research serves as the foundation of evidence-based decision-making and program development. We conduct rigorous research and evaluation to assess the impact of our programs, identify barriers to education, and inform policy recommendations. By generating knowledge and insights, we contribute to the advancement of best practices in child welfare and education.
