Love and Passion in Action

WHO WE ARE

Heart to Action Organization was founded in 2017 with the mission of improving and empowering lives through a variety of initiatives focused on public health and sustainable development. Officially registered as a non-governmental organization (NGO) in 2020 under the NGOs Coordination Board in Kenya, Heart to Action has established itself as a key player in addressing the needs of vulnerable populations within the country. The organization operates from two main offices located in Eldoret town, Uasin Gishu County, and Ugunja, Siaya County. These strategic locations enable Heart to Action to effectively implement its programs across both urban and rural settings, ensuring that their initiatives reach diverse communities.

The core mission of Heart to Action Organization is encapsulated in its Urban and Rural Initiatives for Public Health and Sustainable Development (URIPHASD). This comprehensive approach aims to support vulnerable groups by addressing their mental health, environmental health, spiritual wellbeing, and physical needs.

The organization places particular emphasis on assisting women, youth, children—including orphaned vulnerable children (OVC)—individuals living in poverty, slum dwellers, people with disabilities (PWDs), displaced victims, and elderly individuals. By focusing on these groups, Heart to Action seeks to create sustainable change that uplifts entire communities. Their commitment is reflected in targeted programs that not only provide immediate relief but also foster long-term resilience and empowerment among those we serve.

MAKING A DIFFERENCE
TOGETHER

At Heart to Action, every project is a story of transformation, growth, and hope. Our initiatives reach hundreds of communities across Kenya, delivering education, health resources, clean water, and support to those who need it most.

  • Educated over 5,000 children on hygiene and health practices, empowering the next generation to lead healthier lives.
  • Organized 25+ community outreach programs on public health, reaching thousands and fostering healthier communities.
  • Promoted sports and wellness activities for 1,000 young people, encouraging physical health and personal growth.
  • Distributed 15,000+ sanitary towels to young girls, helping to reduce school absenteeism and promote dignity in education.

Together, we can create healthier, empowered communities across Kenya. Every contribution—whether time, resources, or a donation—brings us closer to a future where everyone has access to education, clean water, and essential support.
