MICRODE CONSULT is a Kenyan consulting firm founded in 1997 by two development professionals, Gervase O. Odiko BA.Econ & Soc (UoN), Phil. Econ (UoN), M.A Dev Econ (UEA) UK and Alfred Ojwang M.Ed.Tech (UK). MICRODE CONSULT is registered in Kenya and has its headquarters in Nairobi Kenya.

MICRODE CONSULT provides multi-sectoral services, with the ultimate goal of “helping clients achieve substantial and lasting improvement in their performance”. The three words that guide MICRODE CONSULT are: analysis, creativity and quality.

What We Do
MICRODE CONSULT professionals comprising of a core team of two principal consultants and a pool of associate consultants, nationally and internationally, who are invited to provide enhanced expertise that may be required by our clients from time to time. This enables MICRODE CONSULT to offer a wide range of services in many countries. The team of consultants has a wealth of technical knowledge and practical expertise in management, situational assessments, policy analysis, projects design, implementation, training and evaluation of development programmes.
The team has been providing high quality consulting services in corporate management and development practice to many National and International NGOs, Governments, Donor agencies and Community Based Organizations in the greater Horn of Africa, Western and Southern regions of Africa in meeting our ultimate goal of “helping clients achieve substantial and lasting improvement in their performance”. The team of professionals each with over 15 years of experience in community development work allows MICRODE CONSULT to offer practical insights and appropriate solutions based on an in-depth understanding of diverse cultures, international organisations, governments and African environment.
