1. Returns & Refunds — Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy, you may return the item within 2 calendar days of receipt.
Returns are accepted only if the item is in original condition, unused, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (manuals, warranty cards, receipt).
Refunds (or replacements) are processed only after inspection and approval of the returned item.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be returned within 2 days from the date you received it (delivery date or date of purchase if in-store).
- The item must be in resalable condition — no damage, scratches, marks or signs of use.
- All original packaging, accessories (chargers, batteries, cables, instructions, warranty cards, etc.) must be included.
- You must provide the original proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- For electronics or security devices, the serial number or model number must match the original sale record.
3. How to Return
To return an item:

- Let us know your order number or receipt details, and the reason for return.
- Bring the item (with all original packaging and accessories) plus the receipt/invoice to our store within the 2-day window.
- Once we inspect and verify the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or replacement.
4. Refund / Replacement Process
If the returned item passes inspection, we will offer either a full refund (in the original payment method) or a replacement (same model), at your request. Refunds are usually processed within 7 business days after we receive and approve the return.
Shipping costs (if any) for return are to be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or we shipped the wrong item.
If the item is damaged, used (beyond inspection), missing parts, or not in original condition — we reserve the right to decline the return or offer only a partial refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via phone or visit the shop.
Provide evidence (photos, description) of the defect or error.
After confirmation, we will either replace the item, or if replacement is not available, offer a full refund.
Any return for defects or errors must still be initiated within 2 days of receipt.
6. No Returns / Refunds — Exceptions
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:
- More than 2 days have passed since receipt.
- The item shows signs of use, misuse, negligence or physical damage after receipt.
- Original packaging, accessories, instructions, warranty card or receipt are missing.
- The product has been customized, altered, reprogrammed, or opened (in the case of sealed security electronics) by the customer.
- For items sold as “final sale” or “non-returnable” — we will specify this at time of purchase.
