Managing Director, Elite Academy, Member of the (UK SIA)Security Skills Board Bob is the Managing Director of Elite Academy Ltd. He has an extensive background in public sector organisations, such as the Home Office and the Armed Forces and brings to the table over 30 years of valuable experience in the security industry. During his career, he has held a variety of roles, ranging from Close Protection to overseeing Events Management, as well as acting as a Consultant for the SIA and being appointed Director for the BSIA. More specifically within Security Training, Bob has been a member of the CSAS Training Group, a Qualification Writer/Subject Matter Expert for Awarding Organisations and has acted as an Advisor to companies and Governments worldwide.
In his current role, he is the leading teacher of SIA trainers in the UK and is incredibly passionate about providing high-quality training to security professionals. As a result, Bob has recently featured as an expert on the BBC’s Maximum Security programme, where he discussed the importance of comprehensive training for SIA personnel.
