Board Member
Sochuva is a security professional with extensive Executive Protection and Corporate Risk Management experiences and has served as consultant for multinational enterprises. With a Background in Government based VIP Protection Operations, He has been involved in numerous regional Executive Protection operations in the capacity of a Team leader in planning, implementing, facilitating and managing high profile clients, organizations and agencies past 23 years.
He served as a Senior Consultant and Head of Executive Protection and Corporate Risk Division of an International Counter Terrorism and Security Organization for several years. He is currently serving as Board Advisor of Anti-Terrorism Division of the International Anti-Terrorism Professionals Association IATPA and Anti Trafficking Bureau ATB for Asian Region.
Uva currently heads Warrior Strategies International, offering specialized consulting and training services in the area of Executive Protection, Security Risk Management, Anti-Terrorism and Personal Protection. With extensive experiences, he is also an Authorized Instructor for Elite International Bodyguard Accreditation Level 4 PSD and Level 5 International Close Protection Certification, Level 3 Close Protection Operative CPO, Defensive Tactics and Physical Intervention, Conflict Management and Education & Training under the Highfield Awarding Body For Compliance Accreditation (HABC) and Britannia Awards and Qualifications, United Kingdom. He is a TRICOM Combatives and Close Quarters Firearms Integration Tactics CQFIT Certified Instructor in South East Asia and serves as Tactical Board of Advisor of the Perkiti Tersia Tactical Association PTTA USA, under Tuhon Jared Wihongi. As an International Certified Mental Toughness and Warrior Mental Strength Master Coach and Facilitator, Uva actively conducts advancement training on Modern Warrior Performance Enhancement, Accelerated Learning, Mental Toughness, Applied Resilience Mitigating both personal and professional challenges.
In his current role, he is the leading teacher of SIA trainers in the UK and is incredibly passionate about providing high-quality training to security professionals. As a result, Bob has recently featured as an expert on the BBC’s Maximum Security programme, where he discussed the importance of comprehensive training for SIA personnel.
