UjuziNest frequently recruits passionate individuals for volunteer, entry-level, and professional impact roles. Common opportunities include:
• Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL): Usually on-site or hybrid roles based in Kenya, focused on tracking program impact, analyzing system data, and improving project delivery.
• Communications & Digital Strategy: Often flexible or remote roles focused on content strategy, platform management, and elevating the foundation’s voice across Africa and the globe.
UjuziNest employs globally. To support its continental mission, the foundation builds a diverse workforce, utilizing a mix of on-site community roles in Kenya alongside hybrid and remote talent from across the globe.
