Njuguna holds a Senior Institutional Governance Fellowship and currently serves as the Treasurer of Cricket Kenya. He brings valuable expertise in institutional governance, community engagement, and cross-sector relationship building to the board. Drawing from over 20 years of active leadership in structured youth sports and sports administration, he focuses on scaling youth outreach systems and social development initiatives, helping to align UjuziNest’s youth sports programs with structured mentoring, life skills training, and local community leadership tracks.
