As a visionary leader in regional youth empowerment and socio-economic transformation, she directs the overarching strategy and public-private alliances of the UjuziNest Foundation. Backed by her extensive background and direct field experience managing $10M+ in active international donor-funded grants including portfolios from USAID, WFP, IFAD, AGRA, and the Rockefeller Foundation Margaret guides the foundation's mission to establish technical incubation hubs and capacity-building systems across devolved units. Her focus centers on aligning local institutional frameworks with strict international standards to ensure scalable, transparent, and long-term grassroots impacts.
