Marvin holds a Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) ``D`` Coaching Certification. Sitting on the board to represent grassroots athletic engagement, he runs UjuziNest's youth development through sports, utilizing teamwork and athletic training as a direct pathway to community inclusion. Drawing from his active experience as a coach within the Kenyan Premier League, his programs provide structured environments that foster discipline, leadership, and social cohesion, helping to engage at-risk youth and guide them into our advanced technical training tracks.
