Our Services
AL-Isra Global has a vast network that spans the globe and all the continents. When we receive an enquiry we perform a Due Diligence on the customers capability and trading history. Once this has been completed we go to source directly to the refinery that can meet the customer’s needs.
As we have direct Refinery access and European presence, our products are sourced to ensure competitive pricing and minimum logistical cost for the buyer. Where the buyer wants a C.I.F Delivery we can recommend the global ports we deal with to ensure efficiency and quick handling and discharge. As we are also part of a logistical support team, we can also arrange vessels on charter that meet the strict international requirements.
If the customers desires F.O.B delivery we shall endeavor to arrange port services, tank storage rental and port handling. As is the norm, these costs are paid by the buyer, however we do ensure a strict code of conduct to meet international best business practices on every level.
In Russia we have capabilities of also having rail supply agreements if required. We offer a seamless structure from production to delivery under our operations. This ensures a single chain for security and credibility. We do not engage 3rd party vendors.
